I am so aware that the content of this website consists of topics monumental in it's cry for change. To touch so delicately, so quickly...the blogs on this fabulous website encompass thoughts and offerings that make a difference. My offering is yoga.
I am a Bikram Yoga Teacher. It is my most proud and true triumph. I will walk each day with my shoulders back and my chest forward with this accomplishment to speak for me before anything else. Yes! Yes! Yes!
What I have to offer is yoga...and so much more! I am a designer. I am a floral designer. I am a writer. And I am most radically an artist. I celebrate and elevate all that is beautiful and pure.
This blog will strive to express yoga's poetry. It will empower the magnificent gifts of yoga. It will give room for yoga to glow, shine, and sparkle...to relish in the infinite possibilities that yoga provides each and everyone of us as human beings.
~ Everything that comes from me...comes from yoga.
