Here is a quick list that may help those of us who suffer from a gastrointestinal tract problem like:
IBS, heartburn, diverticulosis, gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD), gallstones, constipation, diarrhea, hemorrhoids and/or bloating.
1. a lack of fiber and whole foods
2. refined food and sugar
4. excess fatty/rich foods
5. chemicals, pesticides, environmental toxins
6. stress and emotional turmoil
It's important to be mindful of what we eat.
