This blog is written with the desire of improving those of our local businesses that believe that we are a captive people here in the tri-cities. I see with a discerning eye their services, food, restrooms and the courtesy and personalities of their employees that serve us. I will venture into the departments within government services when appropriate as well.
When possible I email the business or department the day prior to the blog publishing. Feedback is the foundation of any business and I am hoping that these businesses take my, and my disciples criticism to heart and improve there businesses. I will try not to merely tear down, but will strive to offer solutions to the digs.
