9am – 12 noon Line the “Veterans Mile” -- Veterans and public are encouraged to cheer the runners on the last mile dedicated to the Vets. Veteran’s Mile starts at Shoreline Park (Cliff Dr. & La Marina) and extends downhill where it turns into Shoreline Dr. ending @ SBCC La Playa Stadium, Loma Alta & Shoreline Dr., Santa Barbara, CA 93109 GREAT photo opportunities!
Special notes: “Veteran’s Mile” will be decorated with American flags and campaign flags from all the wars/conflicts of the 20th century. Flyover of vintage aircraft at the start of marathons and around 9:30am when the first of the runners will be finishing.
This is a nationally sanctioned marathon.

12 Noon - Veteran’s Day Parade: Starts @ at Sola & State Streets
Fantastic fly-over of vintage military aircraft will announce the start of the parade. Route then heads down State Street to Cabrillo Blvd., where it turns right ending @ Veterans Memorial Building, 112 W. Cabrillo Blvd. FREE event
2:30 pm Veterans Day Concert: First Presbyterian Church,
21 E. Constance, SB CA 93105 FREE
One hour program of patriotic songs, soloists, choirs & special speakers – all with the theme of Veterans Day
WHY: To honor all veteran’s of foreign wars for their devotion & service PCVM Motto is “Never Forget”
COST: All events - except Military Ball - are free of charge, Donations graciously accepted
