November is Alzheimer’s Awareness Month and the award-winning local winery, Oreana is bringing out a new limited edition of Tilly, the Gold-Medal winning Sangiovese/Cabernet red blend with the unique goal of raising funds for Alzheimer’s research. Ten percent of all sales of Tilly will generate funds for the California Central Coast Alzheimer’s Association and will continue throughout the year. Just who is Tilly and why did owner and winemaker Christian Garvin name the blend Tilly? To honor his Italian grandmother who passed away from the disease as a tribute to her zest for life. We hope you enjoy it as Tilly would — with family, food, and people you will never forget.
