ABOUT: Come celebrate the closing of the wildly successful six-month exhibition of Mark Robert Halper's Sunlight and Water, taste three of the award-winning Bridlewood Wines and discover the important work done by Return to Freedom(RTF). Bid on auction items, meet ambassador horses from the sanctuary including Spirit, the Kiger Mustang Stallion who was the muse for DreamWork's 2003 animated feature film "Spirit, Stallion of the Cimmarron," and Breyer's 2010 Spanish Mustang model Isadora Cruce, a rare Spanish Colonial Mission horse. Bring your camera to take your child's photo with one of these magnificent Spanish Mustangs. Live music, food and beverages included. For an add'l charge, you can also purchase reserve and estate wines by the glass.
AUCTION: Items to be included at press time: Family Portrait Sessions from Mark Robert Halper; Autographed script & DVD of Hidalgo, by actor Viggo Mortensen and screenwriter John Fusco; set of exquisite turquoise jewelry; Portraits of selected winemakers from the Sunlight and Water portfolio (framed, signed by artist, 15" x 15", Value: $750); Wild Horse Walk for Four; A Spirit basket (DVD, movie poster, Breyer models of Spirit, as well as the 2010 Spanish Mustang Isadora Cruce and poster); three 6-month Bridlewood Winery Estate Club memberships; plus signed bottles of its Pinot Noir & Chardonnay by winemaker David Hopkins .
Sunlight and Waterbooks will also be available and 50% of sales will go to RTF. Artist will personally sign copies at the event. Book cost: $40.
