ABOUT:  Love Apples, a.k.a. Tomatoes are the most prolific vegetable and provide one of the most satisfying experiences of gardeners young and old.  In this interactive workshop, learn about canning and safely preserving vegetables you buy in grocery stores as well as plucked from your garden.  Each person will take home two different types of vegetables - prepared and preserved with recipes and methods handed down through past generations.  Cherish your summer garden memories by canning vegetables you will enjoy throughout the year!

ABOUT:  Cucumbers can have a bumper crop and in this workshop, participants will be making two different types of pickles (sweet and sour).  Each individual will take home a jar of each type of pickle as well as a newfound understanding of how to provide food for your family from your pantry rather than the grocery store.

ABOUT: Engage in an intensive, hands-on fermentation experience through learning techniques for making sauerkraut, kimchi, mead (honey wine), beer, tonic beverages, and more. Small groups will actively participate in the preparation of each batch of ferment and take home cultures to use.
Fermenting may be the doorway to vibrant health, so come and enjoy an exciting class while building community.
