I'm excited about the things SB Food Not Lawns are doing, and there are many. Like the title says, they are encouraging people to plant gardens, which is fun, yummy, and more sustainable for the land and economy than watering grass.
My friend Molly Hahn and I entered a logo in their contest. I look forward to getting my hands on a t-shirt, even if we don't win (though I'd like our design of said t-shirt.) To vote for your favorite, go to www.sbfoodnotlawns.org and click, well, "vote for a logo".
