Friday, July 23, 6 PM through Saturday, July 24, 6 PM.
$5 to attend and purchase artworks hot off the presses for as low as $25.

Closing Reception:
Sunday, July 25, 4-6 PM
FREE to attend and purchase remaining artworks.

CAF is pulling an all-nighter for this unique 24-Hour drawing extravaganza!

For only $5, you are invited to join us at this event, where you can take home artworks by established and emerging artists hot off the presses! This will be a unique laboratory for sharing, creating, and participating in a community art experience.

All drawings made will be sold to the public at one of four affordable prices ($25, $75, $150, and $300 plus tax); proceeds and tax will be divided among the drawers and CAF. Drawing is broadly interpreted and works by artists of all disciplines, skill levels, and ages are expected to grace the walls throughout the 24-hour event, so drop by more than once to see it all unfold or scoop up that one-of-a-kind work. In addition, a community wall for everyone to doodle will be set up in the Bloom Projects gallery.

There will be a closing reception on Sunday, JUL. 25, 4-6 PM. FREE to attend and purchase remaining artworks.

We are also seeking volunteers for help with set-up, check-in, processing sales, artist assistance, etc. Anyone interested in lending a hand (even in addition to participating), please contact Mari at intern@sbcaf.org.

About

Small CAF is a non-profit, non-collecting institution dedicated to exhibiting the highest quality of contemporary art while recognizing "the artists of tomorrow," and was founded in 1976 by artists and art supporters seeking a venue dedicated solely to contemporary art. What once began as a grassroots, artist-run organization with nominal funding now serves as the leading contemporary arts presenter in Central California. CAF offers its innovative education and exhibition programming to the region primarily free of charge. There is no admission fee because CAF believes that the arts should be accessible to all audiences of all persuasions. It truly is foundations and individuals from the community that keep CAF active, inspired and alive with opportunities for artists, children, and adults to experience all the visual and performing arts have to offer.
